3. User Accounts & Profiles

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to the Platform is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

You agree not to post or publish content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, or that infringes upon the rights of others.

Maison d'Amour reserves the right to moderate, approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or remove any profile or content that breaches these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.

4. Content & Media

By uploading or publishing content (including images), you confirm that:

• You own the content or have lawful permission to use it
• The content depicts only the profile owner
• The content does not include minors
• The content does not include third parties without consent
• The content complies with all applicable laws and platform rules

Maison d'Amour may remove content where necessary to comply with legal obligations or platform standards.

5. Payments & Premium Features

Certain features of the Platform require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Payments relate solely to advertising visibility, profile promotion, and platform functionality. Payments do not relate to, endorse, or guarantee any real-world services or outcomes.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to human trafficking, exploitation or coercion, harassment or abuse, or any activity involving minors. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Data, Privacy & Platform Use

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and protected.

Maison d'Amour acts as a data controller for platform account data and as a hosting provider for user-submitted content. Users remain responsible for the personal data they choose to publish within their profiles.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison d'Amour disclaims all liability arising from user interactions or conduct, user-published content, third-party actions, or outcomes of any engagement arranged independently between users.

9. Termination

Maison d'Amour may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time where necessary to protect users, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or enforce these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable to the operating entity serving your region, and any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Appendix — Billing, Refunds & Cancellations

Paid features relate exclusively to platform advertising and functionality. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once a feature has been activated. Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be issued at Maison d'Amour’s discretion in cases of technical failure or billing error.
