Photo Policy
This Photo Policy sets standards for images and media uploaded to Maison d'Amour. These rules exist to protect users, support lawful compliance, and maintain a premium and safe Platform.
1. Ownership & Consent
- You must own the rights to your photos or have lawful permission to use them.
- Images must depict only the profile owner, unless explicit documented consent exists (which may be requested).
- Do not upload photos of third parties without consent.
2. No Minors
Any content featuring minors (or appearing to depict minors) is strictly prohibited and will be removed. Accounts may be terminated and reported to authorities where required.
3. Accuracy & Misrepresentation
- Photos must be an accurate representation of the profile owner.
- Heavily deceptive edits intended to mislead (e.g., face swaps, deepfakes) are prohibited.
4. Prohibited Content
The following is prohibited:
- Illegal content or content that violates local laws
- Non-consensual imagery
- Extremist, hateful, or violent content
- Harassment or doxxing
- Any content involving minors
5. Review & Moderation
Photos may be reviewed and moderated before being approved. Maison d'Amour may reject, remove, or restrict images at its discretion to comply with platform standards and applicable law.
6. Private Photos
If private photos are enabled for your tier, you must still comply with all rules above. Private photos may still be reviewed for compliance and safety.
7. Reporting
If you believe an image violates this policy, use the Platformâs reporting tools or contact support.
